I dont have the part numbers anymore, but its called a clevis, the part 
that holds the pin that connects to the master cylinder rod.  Actually, 
you probably dont need a new pedal, i just installed these parts on my 
urq and i found that the replacement pin is actually slightly larger than 
the original, presumably to make up for the slight extra wear on the 
clutch pedal.  Just make sure to get the clip, pin and the clevis for it 
to actually work.
