Radio Station to Dash dead

I am baffled as to why the radio station to dash signal is not working.  I
tested and am getting a signal at the connector behind the guages.  I
cleaned and lubed everything opend and closed the panel behind the gauges on
the cluster.  Still no luck.  What gives????
