Yes.

According to what I have read at the A4.org site as well as in various
auto magazines, the A6 can be ordered with a maniual transmision beginning
in model year 2000.  This is for the A6 with the 2.8 engine.  In addition,
the A6 2.7 liter twin turbo v6  will also be available with a manual
transmission (I think I remember references to a 6 speed).
