	Joe, I don't know how you "heard" this "fact", but you will have a 
VERY hard time finding an aftermarket spring that does not lower your car.  
In fact, I have never heard on one.  Even Audi's own sport suspension for the 
A4 sligtly lowers the car, as do most other manufacturers sport suspensions.  
Most Eibachs and H&Rs only lower 1-1.5", and increase the spring rate about 
25%, quite mild and do not really cause any clearance problems...
