Turbo/motor mount shield questions (type44)

I have a few questions regarding shielding turbo heat from the rt motor mount
on type 44 vehicles (87 5kcstq). After replacing mounts, I realized that the
shroud between the motor mount and the turbo (under air box) was corroded
away, leaving a direct heat path, resulting in that "hot rubbery" smell after
running the engine. Therefore I'm looking to replace the shield. After
consulting EDKA, I have the following questions for anyone who's been down
this path:

1) Is this the correct part?--Page 21-30 (titled-turbo/wastegate) shows what
might be this shroud, #33 in diagram-P/N 035,145,782, has a thermoswitch
mounted on it in the diagram.

2) Will removing the airbox provide enough access to replace this? Seems like
a simple bolts out/ bolts in procedure.

3) What's this "cover plate for bonded rubber mount" shown on page 22-10
(titled-securing parts for engine),#24 in diagram-shows 2 part numbers
depending on year. This piece wasn't on the original mount. Perhaps it's an
"add on"? Or used as a "repair" piece when replacing the original mounts?
Does it go between the mount and the support? Any ideas?
