this is the wastegate shield.
not what you're looking for...

if ind it easiest to access through the fender well.
remove the plastic fender liner and it's right there...

that's what you're looking for.
the "bonded rubber mount" refers to tha engine mount.
if you don't recognise it, you must have lost a lot of your original to the
infamous nys road salt.
