ETKA Question

I have a desktop size/resolution utility for use with etka, but I can't
install ETKA cause it need the 1280x1400 resolution.  I try to run it by
clicking on winetka in the win.95etka directory and it can't find some
file.  I changed the winetka.ini for english already,what else can I do?
