I have a brand new Audi wastegate diaphragm in its box sitting right
here on the table next to me.  It cost me GBP15.70 at the local dealers -
part number 035 145 797 B.

Beat up on your dealer.  If that does no good, I'll gladly send you this
one for enough money to pay me back for the diaphragm, postage, and the
arsing about converting your $ to my GBP.
