Change the timing belt NOW!!!!!! Three years of inactivity means dry rot.
That belt WILL snap. Soon!

Bleed clutch. That may not do it - probably need to replace clutch master
and slave - same problem as timing belt - letting this stuff sit isn't good
for it.

See Scott Mockery's turbo troubleshooting pages. This is probably rotted
vacuum hoses. The turbo unit itself is pretty durable.

Bad or stuck ISV valve. Sometimes a healthy dose of carb cleaner fixes this.
A dose of Techron - the real thing, no substitutes, has a good chance of
fixing the missing. This car shows the calssic symptoms of sitting around.
You did drain out all the three-year-old gas in the tank?

Standard type 44 door latch problem - welcome to Team Door Handle.

And their cousins, team power window.

This is a great deal - take your time and get the car properly sorted out -
it is well worth the trouble, and you'll be very happy with it!
