a) A more energetic and longer run to check for codes being stored. The
factory recommendation is to make at least one run from 35mph until
the fuel pump cuts at redline. When you stop and pull the codes,
check that the "rev limit exceeded" code has been stored.
b) Attach an external boost gauge and check the dashboard instrument -
it's notoriously fickle.
c) Undo the six nuts holding the wastegate cap on (beware of pretty
powerful spring underneath) and see how far the cap rises when the
spring relaxes. It should be 24mm between metal (ignoring the
diaphragm).
d) The inlet air temperature sensor is a little high at 500+ ohms.
490 is much better. The car is quite sensitive to this.
