The unit beneath the master cylinder and reservoir is a brake pressure
regulator, and notorious for slow small leaks. Replace it; places like
thepartsconnection.com and gpr have it reasonably cheaply. Easy check: wipe
it clean, then drive a bit; pop the hood, and use a paper towel to find where
the fluid is starting to seep out again.
Very easy to change...bleed brakes/clutch when you're done.
