Important note regarding fancy painting... make sure your grounds remain
intact! As such I had to dremel off a bit of paint from my alternator
housing, and at the mounting bolt surfaces for the infold manitake so
the bolts would actually ground it to the block. Ditto the exh manifold
to make sure the OXS was grounded too.

No, it's power supply is coming from the fpr.

Yup, that's it.

the brown/grey one will be some sort of switched ground, the red/blue,
um, that's usually an ignition on wire I think. Unless it's a lighting
wire. It may not go to anything, these cars have lots of "spare" wiring
usually. Could be for an entry light? been meaning to add some of
those to my car.

On CIS-E I think it comes from the little outlet on the pipe from the
manifold to the ISV. This supplies vacuum to the recirculation flap
which is electrically switched but vacuum powered.

On my 82 it used to tap off the side of one of the brake booster vac
lines at the manifold.
