Pretty simple... just unscrew the old filter and install the new.
You may need an oil filter removal wrench to loosen the oil filter.
Prime the new filter by filling oil in it prior to installation.
A bit more than hand tight is good enough.  Use only good OEM filters.
Check oil level again after running the engine for a few minutes.
