re:labor and other absurd charges

The labor rate seems to be up to par with many of the other service depts I 
have frequented(the high rates are understandable(insurance, unemployment 
taxes, etc..).  The enviromental fee seems to be standard when you go to a 
dealer, altough I cannot figure this one out, especially when no hazardous 
material is changed, dumped or added??????  Maybe elsewhere the charge is 
normal, but I have never seen the shop supply fee.  Why the hell is 
overkill(excuse the word's use, I know this word bothers at least one of 
you), Audi and any shop that works on them seem to make enough from other 
inflated prices(parts mainly).  Why charge for the shop usage, ask where the 
hell else can they work on it for no charge.
Sorry for the rant, but if I saw that on my bill, no matter how miniscule the 
charge I would have to moan and bitch, it's the freaking principle!!!!!!!!!

Once again excuse the language and anger, even though it did not happen to me.
