	Why in the world would you need new strut housings??!!  Or do you mean new 
struts?  The housings are almost never replaced unless there was a severe 
car accident involved.  I agree that you might need ball joints and tie 
rods.  You will  probably want to also replace your control arm bushings, 
subframe bushings, struts, springs, and strut top mounts.  I've done all of 
this on my '86 4kq and am very happy with the results.
	Are you sure the car was aligned properly?  It is also possible that the 
ball joint mounts that attach to the control arms have come loose.  This 
happened on my 4kq, and the alignment went way out.  I simply tightened it 
up and used some loc tite.  Hope this helps.
