Power Window Failure 5K T

Listers:
The front right power window on my 5K T has quit and I suspect the classic 
wire harness failure.

I have power to both front door window switch "pilot lights";  pins 3 & 5 on 
the driver's door window switch ; and pin 3 on the RF window switch, but NO 
power to pin 5 of the RF window switch. Switches are good.  

Some Questions:
1.  Where should I look first?

Bentley indicates wire connector T9 which connects the left side harness to 
the right side harness is located behind the dashboard.  Yahhhh!!  But WHERE 
behind the dash board.  I would start looking for an open wire from that 
connector to the left and then the right.

2. Exactly where is connector T9 ???
