Looking for Parts for Plastic CGT Rear Lid

My '86 CGT came with the fibron plastic rear lid.  Part No. 857-827-019. 
 Looking for parts for future stash or even better if someone who has fiche 
for this lid could they send me the part numbers and descriptions.
