Seems like a good price; they seem to be closer to 10k retail around here.
You've got a 200, so you know most of the body-related issues; have the 
mechanic run the codes; see that you pull at least 1.7 bar on the dash gauge; 
get good maintenance records; make sure the mileage is correct.
