If you have a turbo there is only one filter to use - OEM Bosch.
If you care about your car there is only one filter to use - OEM Bosch.
If you want to rebuild your engine and need an excuse - don't use the OEM
Bosch.

NO. The Fram filters are CRAP. The ones I've seen don't have the
retention valve, and are flimsy compared to a quality filter. The ONE
time I put a Fram filter in the '84 5KS the engine sounded like all the
lifters needed changing. As for "working for your application", so
would a Hawaian Punch can and a roll of toilet paper if fitted properly.
