Igor,

Yes, it is probably worth your while to get a lawyer and fight it.
You probably can't defend yourself to the same extent that a lawyer
can, because of the nuances with which only someone who is "in the biz"
becomes familiar (this may seem to some to be akin to an old boys
club, but it's that way in any activity [that's not lawyer bashing, my mom was an attorney for 20 years]).

It is worth your while to pay the extra cash to a lawyer now because
it will save you points, which ultimately hit you even worse in the
insurance bill, especially if you get caught in the ENRADD beam again.
