well yes you wouldn't expect oil to evaporate, but, one way or another those
filters dry out - i don't know whether it's because dirt particles absorb all
the sticky oil, because the K&N oil concoction has some kind of solvents that do
eventually evaporate or for some other reason, but have BTDT many times.
