Blackhawk Farms Volunteers Needed !! QCUSA event 24th and 25th
Hey guys, This coming weekend is the 5th Annual QCUSA Blackhawk Farms
Drivers School and Safety Seminar. We are trying to recruit volunteers to
work the flag-stations for the two day event. Volunteers need not be Q Club
members, just interested in helping out and hanging out with the rest of the
participants.
We are looking for a total of four people per day to work the three corners.
You may work Saturday, Sunday, or both. Everyone will get breaks thru the
day and also get help from the drivers who always take turns manning the flag
stations.
In appreciation The Lakes Region QC, who is hosting the event, is offering to
pay your $10 admission to the track, giving $10 allowance for
lunch/refreshments thru the day, and those who work Saturday ( or both days)
will recieve complimentary dinner ($15 per person) Saturday eve. Everyone
who works the corner stations, even if its only one day will also recieve the
same event-gift that the paid drivers will get
The event is sold out!!! Yep, we have over 60 cars entered this year and
this is why we are looking for some support from the Quattro fans in the
midwest!!
We're trying this for the first time this year and if anyone is interested
please respond to: McLaneAG@aol.com with CORNERS in the subject line, or
call Sean McLane at 847-245-8769, please leave a message if I am out.
Thanks in advance to all those who may be interested
