Harmonic balancer/pulley wobble.

Puzzling over how to loosen the bolt holding this little piece on, I had
occasion to watch it spin and noticed that it appears to wobble front to
back a tiny amount, about 1 to 1.5 mm.  Almost as though it was on crooked
or bent.

There is no noticeable vibration or noise from the engine at any speed that
seems out of place.  Is this wobble normal?

Maybe the bolt has loosened itself just in time for me to change the timing
belt?
