Could my car be . . . PREGNANT?

Just to keep things interesting, my 86 5Ks has developed an intermittent
hesitation/miss when cold. It clears up after 2 to 4 miles, and stays gone
until the next morning (Is my car PREGNANT? Does it have morning sickness?).

I've replaced the spark plugs (no improvement), and run a can of Techron
though it (ditto).

The miss is intermittent, worse under load, and as the car warms up, it
seems to "clear its throat" and then runs just fine for the rest of the day.

I have another bottle of Techron, and I'll try this, unless someone can
suggest something else to look at.
