Be careful when speaking to the other person's insurance company. I was
bumped by a bus and the insurance company came up with a real BS clause
for not paying damages. I won't go into the lurid details. Just don't
allow them to tape the conversation and be very careful. Remember, they
will pull any trick to get out of paying a claim.
