Not sure what the first part of the first sentence was meant to say, but
they buy Audi parts for about what we can, so the markup makes them list
price.  The present labor rate (which is usually book timing) is $50/hr.
Three reasons for going there that I can think of offhand are: the service
is usually competent and Ken (the owner) will stand behind it, I believe him
to be honest, and I can get a ride to work, about 20 minutes each way.
There are many Audi dealers reported on this list for failing all of these
considerations.  Eurosport is also the closest to me.  If one of the other
well-regarded places was closer, then I would likely be spending vast sums
with them. I thought you had to be a Powerball winner to afford an Audi.
