Clarification - (before it gets out of hand)
Audi Canada no longer exists as a legal entity.
Melisa works for Audi North America which is in the US.  Melisa was very, 
very young sounding on the phone - so I expect she's a summer student.
The "das boot" was referring to the leather shifter boot and knob, not the 
boat nor the boot I wear on my foot.
