One hit on Altavista.  Seven pages from the same company, none of which
have it in their visible text - it's tucked away in a "keywords"
meta tage.  Looks like PA only - the rest of the world can go back to
sleep.

Unless you're in the UK.  I note that the A14 has acquired a GATSO
on the Thrapston-Huntingdon leg, eastbound, with _NO_ warning signs.
