3B 20V motor in a 4KQS.

Hello List:

I just have to tell someone...

I just went for a ride in an Audi Coupe Quattro (NOT an Ur-Q) which is
someone's project car with a 3B 20V turbo motor (chipped to about 280
HP).

WHAT A RIDE!!!!!        I MUST HAVE ONE MYSELF!!!

Stephan (the guy that sold me my Audi) is running the stock engine with
no mods, but using the 4.11 tranny, so acceleration is AWESOME! The
sound of the wastgate through the K&N filter between shifts was simply
heaven. We passed about 4 cars hitting 170 km/hr on the backroad all in
about 3 seconds!

If you are planning on doing an engine swap, forget a non-turbo, TDIs,
V8s, etc.. Go for the 20V turbo. This car was so awesome that words
simply fail me...
