Fine, but if an Audi 200 was involved in an accident, a heart transplant
could save the life of another Audi...

Not sure of the chips stateside, but he has a European chip (we live here)
and that is the claimed HP. Problem is the CAT! All 200 20V turbo motors
came with 2 cats in Europe and he only using one, which is restricting the
exhaust flow.
