Maybe you blew the fuse in the meter.
These are the readings I got for the

those figures are irrelevant, you are aiming for a warm idle setting
(adjust at the static mixture screw) of 10 mA +/- the OXS cycle
fluctuation. according to your description you've got it wired right.
now, without a real current reading, does the car idle ok? if so you've
shorted across the meter, cause your car will run like poop if the
circuit to the DPR is not attached.
