It is actually normal for some click clack a few seconds after startup.
It takes a few seconds for oil pressure to build up in the lifters.
Unless you have noise that persists for a long time I wouldn't worry
about it.  Make sure you use the correct OEM oil filter with the
anti-drainback valve.

While some people seem to swear by MMO, I tend to advocate *not* using
any more additives if you start with a good oil, synthetic or not.
