EHA stands for Electro-Hydraulic Actuator, This is the term that Mercedes
Benz uses for the DPR or differential pressure regulator. The cap he
mentions is probably the tamper proof cap for the baseline CO setting.
Lack of this should not cause a running problem, but as it is gone it says
someone has adjusted this setting and it may not be right. Federal law
requires that after an adjustment is made the cap must be reinstalled.
Sounds like someone needs to start from square one and "set up" the fuel
system by the book.
