A boss on my tranny was touching the downpipe btw, I cut it off.

yeah, it flakes off pretty much.  still looks good for a while.  might
stick better if you bead blast it I guess

use the one off whatever 5kt you get the muffler off (although I guess
it's illegal for them to sell it - get a hi flow one in the right
diameter from some catalog).  Try to get some of the flange pipe
fittings too.  Then get a muffler shop that has someone who at least
slightly cares bend'n'weld all the piping from aluminised steel.  You'll
need an OXS bung in the section between the downpipe and the cat.

if it's leak free and your tailpipe sticks out past the bumper it will
breathe, be moderately loud, and prolly cost $3-400 total, depending on
what you pay for the used parts.
