Regarding window, cable is mechanism is probably broken or frayed.
Order a new regulator from Blau (on sale for under $100)
Regarding speakers, they are attached to the door panels.  You will see
that when you repklace the window regulator.  If you are blowing a fuse,
try a different power source.
Keep in mind the orig stereo only had real (low) power to the front
speakers and used a dedicated amp for the rear speakers.
Odometer quit?  Don,t know but speedo is electrical.  If really
important, need to obtain a used one (requires removing steering wheel
to remove).
