Ahh, my old annual plug cleaning.
On my 100Q, this was due to a crappy connection on the pump itself.
It's under the rear seat (two screws in front remove it). Unplug the
connector, plug it back in jiggling it around a lot, and it should
work again. Mine needed this about once a year. Not worth replacing.
