Car unused for 3 days - now it won't start. Any ideas anyone ?

Hi guys.
 
I left my car in the garage unused for 3 days, and now it wont start.
Cranks OK.
Ignition OK
Fuel pump running.
FP relay clicking.
Spark plugs absolutely dry.
Engine runs briefly if "hand primed" through the spark-plugholes.
 
Obviously something CIS-related.
Maybe the freq-valve - but how do i test it ?
maybe... 
ANY help on what to test, and howto would be greatly appreciated.
