Re: 90 80Q high's/fog lights

OK, staying well clear of the religious debate about using
fog lights with/without high beams, etc, here's the HOW TO:

Replace the fog light relay in the relay panel with one of
the "7"-shaped brass jumpers that you will see in one or two
of the other relay spots. Any VW/Audi parts counter or junk
yard will have these.

The fog lights now work any time the ignition is on and you
push the switch in, regardless of the healdights being on/off
or high/low beams.

Note: I did this in Angela's 90Q20V so we could use fogs only
in heavy snow/rain/fog on our twisty hilly roads so the low
beams wouldn't blind us.
