I'd make sure you get a good fan to keep the components cool. With the
regular computer generated heat, plus the heat from sitting in the trunk,
its liable to get real hot in there.
I haven't done this myself, but toyed with the idea for awhile. Instead,
I got a CD burner to make audio cd's of my mp3's that I can play anywhere
I have a CD player.
