turnning signals - 5KTQ

Help again. I just finished replacing my steering arm this weekend (thanks
for the help guys) and now my turning signals wont cut off by them selves
and the horn wont work! it appears that my steering wheel is about 1/4inch
out from where it should be. If I push the wheel in against the spring I can
make every thing work. I guess if I need a little more of a workout I would
be ok.  Help again guys/and gal?
