Ur Q upgrade kit

Hi guys. I'm new to the list and as there aren't many older Audis down here
in Australia I'm very ignorant as the USA models and the jargon.

What I'm looking for is an upgrade kit for an 87 Ur Q. At the moment I have
200hp but believe I can get an extra 60hp with a chip upgrade and turbo
spring change.

US suppliers are OK as there are absolutely none here in Aust.
