So, 1. when will the logo be ready for download, and 2. when will the
thousand odd plastic pin-on badges be ready?

Dymo label makers or permanent markers should be fine for filling in the
name, etc.

The web site should also have a standard download form for leaving on
ones dash at these events.  Big logo, room for name and some car data.
