I've done it in the Canadian tire parking lot. Right next to the used oil
depot, natch. First time, dropped the pan so I could change the filter, and
subsequent times out the dipstick to thoroughly flush out the old yuck
fluid.
Used a Mason jar and a Mitey-Vac to create a vacuum in the jar, and suck out
the fluid one litre at a time. Got about three out per occasion, hence the
multiple changes.
