I wonder if we're really worried about 15 micron stuff, since it's a
couple of orders of magnitude smaller than the smallest bearing
clearance in the engine.  OTOH - if the filter clogs up with this stuff
and the bypass valve sits open for the last 2,000 miles before the
filter gets changed ...
