WAS: New Car Discounts

I just have to pipe in here.

I'm 35, look about 30 (except for the random grey hairs) and sport a
mustache and goatee. When I go to the local dealer for work to be
performed, I usually have a "pull-over" shirt and shorts on, as that is
my normal work attire. Now understand that the shirt and shorts are
clean and not raveled in any way. And yet Carousel Audi, here in the
Twin Cities definitely has some serious snobs for sales people. While my
car is worked on, I've broused through the used cars on the lot and even
gave the new cars on the showroom a once over, NEVER once have I been
approached by a salesperson. And yet, when I visited the VW dealer where
I bought my car, the salesman was all over me like the proverbial "stink
on sh*t". When it comes time to buy my next Audi, 1)I'll probably be
buying used, and 2) I'll buy from KAR of MN, or go back to Burnsville
VW. Just a word of warning about Burnsville VW, be very careful, have
the car inspected elsewhere for any defects including emissions.
