They are much too busy taking care of their "special" clientel, to
bother with ordinary people. They act very strange, and don't give
straight answers. From the look of some of the service work they
performed on a car I did later buy from them, I'd say, "run away!"
There has got to be a better place than that in the Twin Cities to get 
Audi service. I would never go back, but then again, I haven't yet
seen any Audi service dept I would visit twice. Always the Monkey
Lads. 
Typical for Audi though, if the cars more than 3 years out, they've
written it off.
