Charging problem on '87 5k



I think the voltage regulator on my '87 5k is going bad. I get a
charge of 13.3 volts, which is not enough for the norwegian winter
climate. I need the specified 14.4 volts. Is the regulator hard to
change or expensive? Could the alternator be bad after 180K miles (I
don't know if it's changed sometime before I bought the car)
