Audi (UK) has moved its 'next day' order window forward from 3pm to
2:30pm.

If you order for the next day _later_ than 2:30pm, you pay a GBP5
extra charge per item.  The reason given is that there are so many
problems with 'back orders'.

Great.

Audi screws up its parts supply system, degrades the service, and then
demands its customers pay more for using it.

They lost a GBP320 parts order today.
