Update - ur-q wiper fuse keeps blowing

One item I forgot to mention was that I had previously installed the
wiper assy from a 1986 coupe GT. I measured the resistance across
the wiper motor on the GT motor and the ur-q motor. The ur-q motor
has a much higher resistance in both the lo and hi speed settings.
And upon removal I noticed that both motors had the same part 
number, but had different letters at the end of the part number.
The 1983 ur-q has J and the 86 GT has L.

Last night I replaced the wiper assy with the original one for
the ur-q and everything is now working, even hi speed.

On the H1/H4 euro headlight front, I performed a quick check
and compared the light pattern from my H3/H4 200 euro lights
to the H1/H4 lights. The cutoff of the 200 lights went up and to
the right and the ur-q lights went up and to the left. The Cibie
lenses are correct for the UK. I ordered new US Hella lenses
(sloped Cibie not available in US pattern) and installed these 
last night and everything works fine.
