Even more varm start problems. 200TQ -85

I have checked the fuel pump relay and it seem to work even if it gets a bit
warm. I have tried bypassing it with a wire, it does not make a differance.
I tried to change the checkvalve in the fuelpump, but on my car it is
integrated in the pump. The injectors was changed by the previous owner.

How does the checkvalve usually fail?
Does it get stuck in the shut position, plugging the fuel line?

Or does it get stuck in the open position (partly open), alowing the
fuel to leak back into the tank?

Or is the check valve a part of the pump cycle, preventing the fuel
from just getting pumped back and forth in the pump?

Could a check valve installed at the banjo fitting at the top of the tank do
the trick? Has anyone tried this?

Has anyone measured the fuel pressure when the car has these problems?

Are there any moving parts in the fuel pressure acumulator that can fail?

As I will change to an aftermarket FI very soon, I am unwilling to put money
into the stock system. I would like to stay with the stock pump, if that is
possible but that will be the only stock part that will be used.

Has anyone had ignition related warm start problems?

I am sure that you will point me in the right direction.
